you never know unless you try.

"decisions" continued...
so i decided to try. try out that other gym. fail. completely.
its a good thing i didn't tell my coaches or the people in my gym that i was considering switching. and its a good thing i tried it out before i made my decision. because i honestly thought it was the right thing. but now i know it definitely isn't.
the girls were amazingly nice. and they had great coaches... (except for one creeper guy...) and the gym was really nice. but they just, weren't my gym. i never realized how attached i am to it. how much i love every single little bit of it. the fact that 103.9 is always playing. our non-spring floor. dance. our bouncy bars. even the smell. (which most people find completely disgusting.( i think i'm immune to it :) and our beams are different too. and i guess you wouldn't understand this unless you are gymnast. but there are about a million different types of beams. there is a good kind, a bad kind and then all the ones inbetween. so if you have any of the inbetween ones its fine. but this gym just so happened to have the bad. another huge turn off was the fact that they have the new floor music. there is old and new. and the new is ridiculously terrible. it is so obnoxious and pretty much i cant stand it. and their coaches could never compare to michelle and jenny. ever. and i guess i didn't realize how much i love the way they coach either. its different then how the other gym did it, but its definitely better.
so obviously my gym wasn't the reason i was going to switch. so why was i? the main reason is my gym doesn't have anyone in my competition level, so i would be all alone competing. well turns out neither do they. which pretty much means there is no reason to switch. and i thought about it, and we might have girls ready for the spring season. which would just give me more time to improve. so it will all work out.

conclusion. i tried. and now i know. the other gym was a fail.

and honestly i couldn't do it without these guys (:
