and so i guess this is the end.

summer 2o1o. you have done me well. 

out of the 14 summers i have lived through, this would probably hit the charts as #1. (:

considering it has included...

(not in any particular order and some not so good things got thrown in too)

-starting it off with a nice walk to purple turtle

-girls camp

-"jungle safari's"

-spooning trains

-star gazing

-seeing my first shooting star

-making wishes that came true (:

-going to efy

-cows (:

-floating the provo river

-living at maddie's for 3 days straight

-barbeques every night ^

-consuming unhealthy amounts of otter pops

-a sleepover with beth and maddie

-lots of warm sunny days

-sending off messages in balloons

-letting tans happen

-playing with cousins alot

-countless hours at the pool
-deliscious georgia peach tropical sno's

-hiking maddie's mountain in 100 degree weather

-picture taking parties

-learning to ride a horse

-spending way to much time with beth... and loving every second of it (:  

-family barbeques up in the mountains

-lots of people watching

-having maddie in mexico all summer (not good)

-family reunions in lava hot springs

-going off the highest platform (scariest thing ever)
-walks to the streams/water

-cheesy poses for pictures ^

-lots of gymnastics... and taking 2nd in state

-discovering the world of blogging

-getting over an elementary school crush

-the births of new words

-days with no make-up

-celebrating my day of birth 14 summers ago

-rediscovering chalk and lots of chalking sessions

-developing a love for the scriptures

-getting a camera, loving her, naming her, and she died (not good)

-free strawberries and cream 

-spiritual experiences

-boating 

-mastering wake surfing (sort of?)

-conquering the kong cone

-gambling sour patch kids while playing

-mini golfing (i guess that isn't a good thing ;)

-tons of new friends

-watching many sappy chick flicks

-seeing cousisns from oregon

-the birth of this blog

-being introduced to stuff em's

-finding a hidden love for citrus energy sobe's

-spending time at gramma and grampas

-helping them water the lawn

-campfires with s'mores

-a new love for fresh peas

-spending a couple nights with beth to babysit her brothers

-pre cooked pizzas at midnight

-awkward late night conversations

-what if's and how to's

-painted toenails

-sleeping in

-running a 5k

-bike riding

-summer rainstorms happened

-developing a closer relationship with my savior

-testimony grew-hiked timp

-learned to swing dance

-seldom cleaning my room (not good?)

-lake powell

-getting over my fear of back flips off the diving board

-cliff jumping

-hiking barefoot

-painfully attempting solemn skiing

-insane tubing on "the phantom" (:

-photobooth pictures

-multiple serendipity moments

-sun bleached blonde hair

-experiencing the thrills of lagoon

-sb moments (:

-hiking stewart falls

-standing under a waterfall for the first time

-new favorite movie: the last song-lots of crying involved

-late night facebook chats

-becoming a faithful watcher of Jonas L.A.

-sleeping out under the stars

and tons tons more. (:
