a simple sticky note

i first remember reading about it here, and thinking, that is such a sweet thing to do! it seemed to have gotten spread through out the blogging world and i've heard multiple times about how it's brightened people's days. 

one day i decided to give it a try and put one up in the seminary building. sure enough, the next week during class, a girl commented on it. about how it had helped her, and how those people are like angels on our earth today, trying to help others out and make their days better. 

today in young women's we were talking about small blessing that have occurred in our lives to show that we knew Heavenly Father is watching over us. a girl raised her hand and shared about how she had been having a terrible day. she happened to go into the bathroom and see a sticky note someone had put on the mirror, she said she almost burst into tears because that is just what she needed to hear. so to whoever put that note up, know that you blessed someone's life (:

it's only a simple sticky note. but it can go a long way. 

so to what ever readers i may have, i challenge you to go out of your way sometime this week to uplift someone else. whether it's a sticky note, or a simple hello to someone in the halls.

i guarantee your kind deeds won't go unnoticed (:
