when you get home from a long night at work, or exciting day at school, or especially nights like tonight;
a friday night, and realize your brother isn't there for you to share your stories with.
literally one of the lowest points of my week.
i wanted you here so i could tell you about everything that had happened tonight. and all week long.
about the whole homecoming situation, and who's going with who. and what i wished could've happened.
or what kind of a dress would be good or not good and hairstyles. when i need outfit opinions in general.
or about that girl i saw that i thought you'd like, or the one kid who was so so cool, and how that other one had been acting super weird about things lately, and all these other kids we judged before that i'm getting to know now.. and me stressing over all my over-analyzations, and bluntness, or lack of..
or whatever he did or said, or i did, or them or this or that... i just want to tell you about all of it.
and yeah. i could call you up.. but it's just not the same.. and it's one in the morning, you're probly asleep.
and maybe i took advantage of having you here. or just didn't realize how much i would truly miss you.
sunday dinner felt a little empty. the piano has been a little too quiet. and i never thought i'd miss your gross socks on the bathroom floor.
really, feel free to move back home. i know you're absolutely loving BYU, but stop by anytime.
and kasj, left me too. basically my older sister. in young women on sunday, we were having a combined lesson. and my first thought? yes, that means i get to sit by kasja. (considering we're exactly two years apart and never in the same class) and i realized wait, kasja left me, she's at college. and then and there, i literally burst into tears.
people leaving for college is the absolute worst.
i can't even imagine missions.
