it's made up to be one of the greatest days of our lives. where you get to play dress up and be the princess. you can finally have your cinderella story. and dance the night away with prince charming. it's something i've literally dreamed of ever since i was little.
even if maybe it won't matter 5 or 10 years from now whether or not i was asked, i want more than anything to be.
i wish that i could say that's where i was last night.
but sadly, i'm fourteen. and fourteen year olds don't go to prom.
but we still wanted to experience it, so we went to see this instead.
it may have just been a teenage soap opera. and completely predictable.
but i will be the first to say i loved every second of it.
so if you're a teenage girl. go see it.
