her typical love story.

prologue: in most situations, she doesn't get the guy. 

and ends up just becoming their best friend. 

in which case it isn't really considered a love story, correct?

so these stories instead will be the ones that did work out. or atleast should've.. 

but they don't. it looks a little like so... 

and this story is no exception to the rest.. 

it could basically be a novel. so this is the suuper duper simplified version. ;)

a boy fell for her. and she liked him too. she liked him a lot. and she realized how much he liked her. she knew he would never hurt her. ever. and she was afraid to like him back, because by now, she was familiar with the route her heart usually took. and she couldn't do that this to boy. she couldn't break his heart.. 

in the past couple years of her life, while going through this cycle, she managed to pick up on quite a few best friends, the guys she couldn't get. and the ones that she ended up leaving. having a realtionship, could result in losing many of her guy friends. (since that's what relationships tend to do.) and she didn't want that. 

but he was perfect. straight out of a chick flick, but a million times better. his lines may as well have come from a romance novel. he was amazing in every aspect and he loved the girl unconditionally. 

she gave in. she was 'his girl'. 

she said they were only best friends but everyone knew otherwise. when people asked, she'd respond, "oh, he's my best friend!" because really he was. (but obviously there was something more..) 

they spent lots of time together. over the weekends. during lunch.. and every time she'd realize how much she truly liked him. but of course, after a few weeks, she met some new guys, and they managed to snag her heart just a little. at first she didn't consider them though because she had the perfect guy. 

and he was all hers. 

but time went on. and her feelings towards the other guys increased as her feelings towards him decreased. she still thought of him as thee most amazing kid. really, no guy could ever be what he was. nothing was wrong. it just wasn't right. the pieces didn't quite fit..  and her heart was set everywhere else. of course through it all, he still loved her. 

she tried to hint it as much as she could. letting it off slowly. maybe he didn't catch the hints, but probably he just didn't want to accept that that's what they really were. 

from day one she made it clear that best friends was all she could promise. he was still perfect to her. but she once again realized she couldn't do relationships.

he found a place in her heart that no other guy could ever fill. and so she kept him, as an amazing best friend. 

despite her moving on, he promised to never give up. 

and she kept her promise from day one. best friends. (:

and they were happy. 

epilogue: currently, they're still best friends.

  he is still madly in love with her. and is convinced they're getting married. 

 she likes him still and realizes that he's basically perfect, 

but her heart still  is caught onto atleast 10 others... literally.

she's happy. and hopefully,  he is too.
